TEKCEM PLUS is a cementitious binder that provides improved strength gain and drying performance when compared to an unmodified screed. This is an ideal screed material to provide the right strength and most importantly, has a quick drying time and can be lightly trafficked after 12 hours. It was placed over the top of an underfloor heating system and Kingspan Insulation.
