Tekcem Levelling Screeds Tekcem 220 Plus

 TEKCEM 220 Plus is suitable for preparation of all common substrates, such as sand/cement screeds, concrete, sound asphalt, calcium sulphate screeds, ceramic, quarry and natural stone tiles, underfloor heating, plywood and timber boards to receive floor finishes.

 TEKCEM 220 Plus is moisture tolerant and can be installed below a DPM

 TEKCEM 220 Plus is ideal for application over sound substrates including concrete and sand / cement screeds. It can be applied at thicknesses from 2mm to 20mm in one application.

TEKCEM 220 Plus is fast setting and can receive a tiled floor finish at 3 hours or most other types of finish after 24 hours (at 20°C, at 3mm).

TEKCEM 220 Plus is shrinkage compensated and provides the perfect smoothing material for most floor finishes including thinner vinyl.
