  Tekcem Gloss Seal is a two-pack, water-dispersed epoxy resin coating that delivers a clear, glossy, and durable finish. 

It combines high abrasion and chemical resistance with excellent adhesion to screeds, concrete, and other substrates, making it ideal for both industrial and decorative flooring applications. 

 Tekcem Gloss Seal is a high-performance epoxy sealer formulated to provide long-lasting protection in environments where durability, chemical resistance, and hygiene are essential. Its water-based, solvent-free formulation ensures a low-odour, environmentally friendly product that can be applied to both dry and damp floors.

Once cured, Tekcem Gloss Seal produces a clear, UV-stable, glossy finish that highlights the natural appearance of the substrate while delivering strong resistance to wear, oils, solvents, acids, alkalis, and water. It is suitable for use across a wide range of commercial and industrial settings, providing both performance and aesthetic enhancement.

Supplied in 5kg and 10kg units, with coverage rates of 4–5m² per kg per coat, it is easy to mix, apply, and maintain. 

With optional slip-resistant finishes, Tekcem Gloss Seal offers flexibility for projects that require both safety and durability.
