Tekcem Primer Range Tekcem MVS

  Tekcem MVS is a single-component, rapid-drying, two-coat moisture vapour suppressant designed to control residual construction moisture in cementitious subfloors. 

With its water-based, solvent-free formulation, it provides up to 95% RH protection, allowing floor coverings to be installed sooner and with confidence. 

 Tekcem Moisture Vapour Suppressant (MVS) is a high-performance priming membrane engineered to manage residual moisture in cementitious subfloors, helping accelerate flooring projects without compromising on quality. 

Applied in two coats, it provides reliable protection against moisture levels of up to 95% RH (tested in accordance with BS 8203 using a calibrated hygrometer). 

Its bright pigmentation makes coverage easy to identify, ensuring full and even application.

Suitable for use on substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, and other absorbent bases, Tekcem MVS eliminates the need for additional priming, simplifying preparation and saving valuable installation time. 

By controlling excess moisture and creating a sound substrate, it ensures that levelling compounds, smoothing compounds, and final floor finishes can be installed earlier, reducing programme delays and project costs.
