   Tekcem Perimeter Strip is designed to provide essential expansion absorption around the perimeter of floating or unbonded screeds. 

It ensures proper isolation between screed and walls or structural elements, making it particularly effective for underfloor heating installations. 

Tekcem Perimeter Strip offers a simple and reliable way to manage expansion and movement at the perimeter of screeds, preventing stress and cracking where the screed meets walls or fixed structures. 

It incorporates a polythene skirt, which can be easily lapped and taped to the underlying membrane, creating a secure seal and preventing leakage – a critical requirement when installing pumpable liquid screeds.

The strip is perforated to allow easy tear-off to the correct height once the screed has been applied, saving installation time and ensuring a neat finish. 

Available in multiple sizes and thicknesses, with or without self-adhesive backing, Tekcem Perimeter Strip is a versatile solution that enhances performance and durability in both domestic and commercial screed applications.
