 Tekcem Matt Seal is a two-pack, water-dispersed epoxy resin coating that provides a clear, durable, and hygienic finish. 

Designed for use on screeds and concrete, it delivers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance while being easy to apply and maintain. 

 Tekcem Matt Seal is a high-performance epoxy sealer ideal for environments requiring long-term protection against wear, chemical exposure, and moisture. 

Its water-based, solvent-free formulation makes it low-odour and environmentally friendly, while still offering superior adhesion to concrete, cementitious screeds, and other compatible substrates.

This moisture-tolerant sealer can be applied to both dry and damp floors, providing a tough, clear protective layer that enhances durability and creates an easy-to-clean surface. With excellent resistance to water, oils, fuels, acids, alkalis, and solvents, Tekcem Matte Seal is a versatile solution for commercial, industrial, and hygienic flooring projects.

Supplied in 5kg and 10kg units, it is easy to mix, apply, and achieve consistent coverage (4–5m² per kg per coat). Optional slip-resistant finishes can be incorporated, making Tekcem Matt Seal suitable for a wide range of demanding applications.
