 Tekcem SRS Plus is a two-pack, solvent-free epoxy resin sealer and binder designed to restore and strengthen weak or failed screeds. 

Its low-viscosity formulation penetrates deeply, consolidating loose particles and improving overall screed durability. 

 Tekcem SRS Plus is a high-performance resin treatment formulated to repair and reinforce poorly compacted, low-strength, or deteriorated screeds. By penetrating the substrate, it fills internal voids and binds loose material, effectively consolidating the screed and extending its service life.

Supplied as two pre-weighed components, Tekcem SRS Plus is easy to mix and apply, ensuring reliable on-site performance. 

Once cured, it produces a strong, clear finish that can be left as-is or overcoated with levelling compounds, toppings, or floor finishes. For enhanced bond performance, a fine aggregate can be broadcast onto the surface while wet to create a mechanical key.
