 Tekcem TekGrip is a ready to use premixed primer with enhanced bonding adhesion properties due to the inclusion of a gripping aggregate to form a textured surface when dry.

  Tekcem TekGrip is a fast drying, ready to use and premixed primer that is suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.

The product can be used in conjunction with the Tekcem Range of levelling screeds to provide a highly bonded screed - prior to application of floor finishes. 

Suitable for internal and external applications and can be tiled or screeded over in as quickly as 20 minutes from initial lay.
